Competition Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of the conditions for entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter is: Garden to Table Trust, PO Box 37832, Auckland 1151.
Entry is open to New Zealand residents or citizens only who must be aged 18 years or older. Entry is open to individuals only (not to schools or to other organisations or charities).
Employees and trustees of the Garden to Table Trust, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate. “Immediate families” means spouse, parent, sibling, and children.
Individuals must complete the entry form on gardentotable.org.nz during the promotion period. The closing date for the Promotion is on the entry form.
The Promoter accepts no liability for entries lost or not submitted.
Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process will be ineligible to win.

The Winner of the Prize will be randomly drawn by the Promoter after the Promotion Period ends. This random draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Winner will be notified by email or post. If the Winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, then the prize will be redrawn.
The Promoter’s Decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Prize is subject to availability and may be substituted by the Promoter for something of equal or higher value should it be unavailable. The Prize is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or alternative prizes/products.
The Prize will only be delivered in New Zealand. The Winner should allow 28 days from notification for delivery..
By claiming a Prize, the Winner consents to their name being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury which results directly or indirectly from the Promotion, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition, entrants understand and agree that they may be contacted by the Garden to Table Trust via email, post and/or phone to update you on activities and ways of support. Subject to any applicable privacy laws.
These rules are governed by the relevant laws of New Zealand.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify these rules, and to suspend or discontinue this competition at any time.
