Following the popularity of our spring and autumn e-cookbooks we are delighted to share more recipes with our new seasonal recipe book designed to celebrate winter fruits and vegetables. Recipes were created by Garden to Table’s co-founder Catherine Bell with a guest recipe from Niki Bezzant, one of our Garden to Table ambassadors.

We are pleased to offer this recipe book as a gift, part of our kaupapa of encouraging people to grow, cook and eat fresh produce.

Start with Brussels sprouts with walnuts and balsamic vinegar and then why not try our delicious Moroccan carrot salad? If you have a glut of citrus, who can resist a winter salad of roasted fennel and orange, or mandarin and coconut steamed puddings? Niki’s recipe transports you to Japan with a okonomiyake, or savoury pancake. Haven’t made this delicious dish before? Download the book to find out how!
